Our Teachers
and who we are

R o m i
Founder, Yoga Teacher & Sound Practitioner
Trained under the Jivamukti influence, Romi's work orbits around presence, exploring both the energy of movement and the calm that follows. Her practice and teaching rests on the belief that stillness and motion are reflections of one another - both paths to inner steadiness, composure and peace. Through sound and embodied awareness, she guides practices that invites you to meet the self with patience, regulate through mindfulness, and find groundedness in the simple act of slowing down.

Yoga Teacher, Pharmacist
Sulgi had always been curious about yoga, but it was only after moving to the UK that she found the time to bring it into her daily life. What began as a few practices a week soon grew into a daily routine, and during the pandemic, yoga was what refreshed her every day. Through her practice, she discovered the benefits of yoga in building strength, endurance, and resilience - as well as the power of breath and stillness for the mind.
