What to expect -

These classes blend breath and movement in a creative and dynamic way, inspired by the foundations of Vinyasa Yoga but with a slightly slower, more intentional pace. Each sequence is designed to help you build strength, balance and fluidity, but mainly create a space for mindfulness and self-awareness. Rather than rushing from pose to pose, we will move with purpose, exploring transitions and how each shapes feel in your body while always keeping the breath at heart.

Please know that you can book a class up to 30 minutes before it starts. You can still come to a class without booking online, subject to availability. We do not process refunds.
