What to expect -

Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body - like fascia, ligaments and joints, rather than the muscles. Using props for support, postures are held for several minutes at a time, allowing the body to soften gradually. It's a meditative and introspective experience that invites you to slow down and release tension - Yin supports flexibility, joint mobility, and can be a helpful complement to more dynamic movement or injury recovery, especially when approached with consistency and patience.
