Each session begins with guided pranayama to steady and refine the flow of energy, followed by seated meditation to cultivate clarity and inner quiet. The combination supports focus, emotional balance, and a deeper awareness of breath as the bridge between body and mind.

Cancellation Policy
Please read before booking - by reserving a class, you agree to the following terms. > Classes must be booked in advance through the website or app. Drop-ins are welcome, subject to availability on arrival. Please arrive at least 5minutes early to settle in, late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has started. Please remove your shoes at reception. Phones must be silenced and left outside of the practice space. > Cancellations can be made up to 5h before the class to receive a credit refund if applies. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Repeated no-shows may lead to temporary suspension of a membership, out of respect for teachers and other students. > Please inform your teacher before class if you are injured, pregnant or have any health concerns. Participation is at your own discretion - listen to your body and rest when needed. Mats and props are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own. Teachers reserve the right to adjust or modify students for safety and alignment, always with consent. > Pause Studios holds a space of respect, kindness, calm and inclusivity. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in suspension of class access or membership without refund.
